Nexar was commissioned by a leading global pharmaceutical group to design and manage their flagship annual medical congress. The programme required the management of 500 specialist delegates from 32 countries across a three-day scientific programme structured around four parallel content streams. The brief specified a balance between scientific rigour and structured peer networking, delivered at an iconic European venue.
Nexar assumed full management responsibility from programme design through to post-congress reporting. This included coordination of 47 speakers, management of 28 industry sponsors within a parallel exhibition, multilingual delegate communications, simultaneous interpretation across three languages, and complete technical production management throughout the event.
