The qualifying cohort were characterised as experienced international travellers with high expectations and limited susceptibility to conventional luxury formats.
Nexar conducted structured qualitative research on the qualifying cohort prior to programme design. The resulting programme was built around cultural depth, genuine exclusivity, and a level of personalisation that signalled individual recognition rather than group reward.
